Facilitated by Meghan Jones, M.Ed., Social Chats provide a welcoming environment for meaningful conversations, friendship building, emotional wellness, self-advocacy, communication skills, and confidence in everyday social situations.
🚆 Community Adventures
Ride SunRail together, explore Central Florida, attend community events, restaurants, museums, parks, and recreational outings.
💼 Employment Club
Practice interviewing, resume writing, volunteer opportunities, supported employment, career exploration, and job searching together.
Funding & Community Partners
🎓 Step Up For Students
Eligible participants may utilize approved Step Up For Students scholarship funding when applicable.

Providing opportunities for friendship, independence, employment exploration, and meaningful community participation.
🏛 APD Services
Supporting individuals through Adult Day Training, transportation resources, supported employment, and Medicaid Waiver services for eligible participants.
Transportation Training
Members can learn to navigate public transportation while building independence through supervised community outings using SunRail, LYNX, and other eligible transportation resources available through APD and community partners.
