Before & After School Care

Care and transportation options for enrolled students.

Enrollment Is Required

Students must complete the online enrollment and payment form before using before-school care, aftercare or transportation.

Before School Care

7:00 a.m. – 8:15 a.m.

Daily Rate: $20 per day

Weekly Rate: $85

The discounted weekly rate is available when the full $85 payment is made on Monday. Emergency morning-care payment is due before the student enters the program.

After School Care

3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Daily Rate: $25 per day

Weekly Rate: $125

Regular dismissal: 2:15 p.m.

Wednesday dismissal: 1:15 p.m.

Students are supervised beginning at the applicable dismissal time. Aftercare concludes at 4:30 p.m.

Beginning at 4:35 p.m., a late fee of $1 per minute is due upon arrival.

Services include a snack, homework assistance and social-skills activities.

Longwood Transportation

$50 Roundtrip Service

Morning pickup: 7:50–8:00 a.m.

Afternoon return: 2:45–3:00 p.m.or by 2:00 p.m. Wednesdays

Students are picked up at the approved Longwood location and transported to and from Inspire Learning Academy.

Students must be ready for morning pickup by 8:00 a.m. Students must be picked up from the afternoon return location by 3:00 p.m. On Wednesdays, students must be picked up in Longwood between 1:45-2:00. The driver is heading back to school for afttecare at 2:01.

Any student who has not been picked up by 3:01 p.m. will return to Inspire Learning Academy and the family will be charged for aftercare.

Please notify the school through REMIND or Website Messenger if you will be late.

Payment and Billing Policy

• Weekly payments are due on Monday.
• Daily payments are due when services are provided.
• Emergency-use payment must be received before care begins.
• A valid payment card must be kept on file if invoicing biweekly.
• Unpaid balances may result in suspended services.
• Transportation seating is limited and requires approval.
