Report Child Abuse or Neglect

Any known or suspected child abuse, neglect, abandonment, or exploitation must be reported immediately.

Report Educator Misconduct

Concerns involving inappropriate conduct by a certified educator may be reported to the Florida Department of Education Office of Professional Practices Services.

Report Fraud, Waste, or Abuse

Concerns involving fraud, waste, abuse, mismanagement, or employee misconduct involving the Florida Department of Education may be reported to the FDOE Office of Inspector General.

Inspire Learning Academy requires all staff, volunteers, and school representatives to follow professional ethical standards, protect student safety, and report suspected abuse, neglect, or misconduct as required by law.

Reports may be made without fear of retaliation. Student safety, dignity, and well-being remain our highest priority.

School Reporting Procedure
Concerns should first be reported to school administration whenever appropriate. Reports involving abuse, neglect, exploitation, criminal activity, or educator misconduct may also be reported directly to the Florida Department of Children and Families, the Florida Department of Education, or local law enforcement.
